Aceste structuri sunt construite din placi de otel galvanizate, curbate si ondulate ce pot fi montate impreuna direct la locul constructiei.
Placile sunt de diferite marimi ceea ce inseamna ca se poate obtine o gama vasta de profile. TUBOSIDER produce aceste placi si in 4 ondulatii diferite pentru a asigura un optim economic pentru orice aplicatie.

Placile TUBOSIDER sunt aprobate si certificate in toate statele membre ale Uniunii Europene si au fost folosite in mai mult de 50 de tari la nivel mondial inca din 1964.
Structurile din otel ondulate sun structuri flexibile al caror comportament structural este bazat pe teoria compresiei inelelor care ne spune ca forma profilelor din placi de otel transfera sarciniile vii si moarte catre unmplutura din jurul lor.
Capacitatea de sustinere este calculata in functie de deschidere, grosimea otelului si rezistenta umpluturii inconjuratoare.
Presiunile exercitate de sol la formare este de obicei o treime din cele exercitate de structurile rigide din beton, fiind o caracteristica semnificativa cand conditiile solului sunt precare.
Metodele de proiectare TUBOSIDER sunt conforme cu standardele multor tari cum ar fi Italia, Franta, Spania, Australia, Noua Zeelanda, Germania si Statele Unite ale Americii.
Placile din otel ondulate sunt folosite de mai mult de 100 ani. Standardele moderne de galvanizare si protectie secundara asigura o viata a structurilor de 120 ani.
TUBOSIDER poate aplica o gama de protectii secundare ce combat orice conditii daunatoare din mediu.
Toate placile din otel TUBOSIDER sunt fabricate in Italia la Mongardino, in cea mai mare si cea mai moderna fabrica de tipul ei din lume.
Toate produsele se ridica la standardele asigurarii calitatii BS EB ISO9001 Lloyds Register Certificat Nr: LRC160272.
Toate structurile din otel sunt furnizate cu un manual detaliat, cu desene reprezentative, in care sunt indicati toti pasi de instalare si cum se imbina componentele. Metoda de asamblare poate varia in functie de profilul ales, geometrie si conditiile locatiei de constructie.
Este vital sa se asigure ca sunt utilizate umpluturile corespunzatoare. Structura este un composit format din otel / pamant, iar calitatea umpluturii si compactarea sunt la fel de importante ca otelul insusi.
Folosim placi de otel ondulate, curbate si galvanizate pentru a construi poduri si pasaje atat pentru pietoni, cat si pentru vehicule auto.
Placile de otel vin in mai multe variante, marimi, lungimi si grosimi. Acestea sunt asamblate impreuna pentru a structuri durabile. Combinand placi de diferite marimi si lungimi se poate obtine o varietate mare de profile. Placile TUBOSIDER sunt fabricate si in 4 structuri curbate (profile) diferite pentru a oferi un optim economic pentru orice aplicatie.

Struncturile noastre sunt disponibile cu diametre de la 3,6m pana la 12m. Ele au o rezistenta mare in raport cu greutatea sustinuta, sunt rezistente la lovituri in timpul instalarii si pot fi adaptate in funtie de schimbarile de temperatura. Asta inseamna ca structurile TUBOSIDER ofera avantaje clare fata de structurile din beton. Produsele noastre sunt usor de proiectat, instalat si transportat.
